An animation for Caring Together to share its vision of joined up health and social care across Eastern Cheshire. The animation was launched at a pivotal time as Caring Together, through its collaboration with Connecting Cheshire, had been announced as 1 of 14 successful integrated care pioneers in the UK. This places a national spotlight on the approach taken by Caring Together to communicate the complexities of joined up care with staff, citizens, volunteers and other stakeholders.
